An Test Department Manager with extensive experience in the Industrial, Electronic or Manufacturing environment is urgently needed!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
An innovative company that manufactures electronic components requires a Test Manager proficient in PCB production testing and fault-finding or related experience gained in a similar environment.

Education:

National Diploma or BTech Degree/N6 equivalent in Electronics or Electrical (Light Current)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Must have experience in PC boards, and radio frequency (analog/digital)
Must have management experience – will manage a team of approximately 20 employees that consist of technicians and test operators
Technician background (10+ experience)
Ensuring that the products that are tested conforms to all specifications as stipulated in the relevant test procedures
Building and maintaining of test equipment for production testing
Ensuring smooth running of the test department by managing resources in such a way that all targets are met
Ensure smooth running of the After Sales Department
Provide technical support to clients/engineers
