Test Lead

We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience in test strategy, test planning, test execution, defect management, automation and leading QA teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects. Develop and maintain test strategies and test plans. Plan, estimate and manage testing activities and resources. Lead functional, integration, regression and system testing. Review and approve test cases and testing documentation. Manage defect identification, prioritisation and resolution. Monitor testing progress, risks and quality metrics. Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers and stakeholders. Mentor and provide guidance to QA Testers. Support and drive test automation initiatives. Provide testing status reports and communicate quality risks to stakeholders. Job Experience & Skills Required \/ Ideal Candidate Profile: Education Diploma, BSc, BCom or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Testing or a related field will be advantageous. Relevant software testing certifications such as ISTQB will be advantageous. Experience 5+ years of software testing experience. 2+ years of experience in a Test Lead or senior QA role. Strong experience in test planning and test strategy development. Experience leading QA\/Test teams. Experience managing defects and testing risks. Experience working within Agile and\/or Scrum environments. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Skills Test Strategy and Planning. Test Management.
