About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager (Senior) to join our Technical Steering Team within the Sales Parts Logistics Domain. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and success of projects across Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Execution, Planning, Reporting, and Analytics.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.
Define, develop, and implement test methods, tools, and frameworks.
Manage test resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to define testing requirements.
Lead manual and automated testing efforts, including strategic leadership in test automation.
Apply the Agile Working Model (AWM) methodology within a fast-paced project environment.
Report testing progress, issues, and escalations to stakeholders.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to colleagues when required.

Essential Skills & Experience

5+ years’ experience in testing and test management (preferably within SAP environments).
Strong knowledge of Jira, X-Ray, Confluence.
Solid understanding of Agile Working Model (AWM) principles and methodology.
Relevant IT or Business Degree.
ISTQB Certification (mandatory).
Project Management qualifications are highly beneficial.

Advantageous Skills

Experience with Test Automation Tools (e.g., TOSCA).
Exposure to SAP modules: EWM, WM, APO, MM, SD, ATP.
Familiarity with SAP Enable Now.
Ability to communicate in German.

Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ownership mentality with the ability to take responsibility and drive initiatives.
Willingness to travel internationally and work after hours if required.
