• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the unit to achieve the client's objectives of quality, growth and people

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Certified qualification in the specialist discipline essential
• Current registration with SANC
• 5-6 Years relevant experience in nursing within Orthopaedics Theatre
• Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles
• Understanding of the private healthcare industry
• Proficient on MS Office Suit
• Valid Driver’s license and flexibility to travel

• Effective leadership and people management
• Effective financial management
• Effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
