SUMMARY:
Trade Tested Electrician (3-Month Contract) – West Rand
Location: West Rand, Gauteng
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Rate: R175 per Hour
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Tested Electrician for a 3-month contract based on the West Rand. This opportunity is ideal for electricians with a strong background in the Food, Beverage, and Utilities industries.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Qualified Trade Tested Electrician
South African Citizen
Valid South African ID
Valid Driver's License
Clear Criminal Record
Must have previous experience within:

Food Manufacturing
Beverage Manufacturing
Utilities / Industrial Processing Environments

Strong fault-finding, maintenance, and installation experience in an industrial environment
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Must be available to commence duties within 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding on production and utility equipment
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures
Diagnoses and resolve electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime
Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and systems
Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately
