JOB SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Trainer to join their Sewing Department in Rosslyn.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Responsible for the operation skills training of factory employees, tracking and evaluating the training effect.
Support Manufacturing Engineers to prepare work instruction and defining the best and most efficient way to assemble (sew) the product.
Participate in the factory to improve production efficiency and rationalize suggestions; supervise on-site process discipline and communication.
Fully master all job skills for the relevant commodity in the factory.
Responsible for new employee training and job rotation training, assist in the production of
training materials, keep training records, and track and evaluate training results.
Track and test the mastery of employees' operating skills, and correct employees' irregular actions.
Participate in on-site process discipline inspection and supervision.
Responsible for data collection for continuous improvement, identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations.
Participate in the activities of the factory's rationalization suggestions, participate in the communication of employees, and understand the ideological dynamics of employees.
If necessary, participate in the trial production of new products and new processes, and assist in completing the manufacturing problem list for trial production.
If necessary, obey the factory's post arrangement.
Use 5S to keep the workplace clean, tidy and orderly.
The working ability needs to meet the specific requirements of the client

Job Requirements:

Matric,
ETDP certification or relevant qualification
One year or more working experience in factory production is required.
Excellent production knowledge and handwork skills in the relevant field are requested.
One or more years’ experience in the field of learning and development will be advantageous
