SUMMARY:
IT SYSTEMS TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST RANDBURG Our client in the IT Sector, servicing the Short-Term Insurance industry is looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply to train clients and staff on IT SYSTEMS.

POSITION INFO:

Afrikaans and English-must be bilingual.
Proven experience in designing and implementing training events in a corporate setting (5 years minimum);
Proven ability to master the full training cycle;
Adequate knowledge of online training software and tools;
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques;
Sound decision making, planning and organisational skills;
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences;
Proficiency in MS Office and training experience in a Software as a Service environment;
General knowledge of and experience in a Software as a Service environment (3 years minimum);
Basic user acceptance testing (UAT) knowledge and experience;
BS degree or diploma in Education, Training, HR or related field would be advantageous.
