SUMMARY:
We are seeking a well-spoken and confident Facilitator to join a company within the training industry, based in the Lonehill area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Grade 12

Degree/ Tertiary qualification in Business or Psychology preferable but not essential
5+ years training / facilitating experience
Sales Training experience
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Well spoken
Well groomed
Own transport
Good support structure at home (stable)
No medical challenges
Lots of energy
Must be willing to travel to clients

Skills required:

Must be Analytical Thinker
Must have logic
Intelligent
Not a technical trainer
Must understand Sales Management
Ideally must have own sales track record
Must have facilitator disposition
MS Office
Very good communicator – verbal and written (English) and preferable Afrikaans (not essential for Afrikaans but preferable
IT/ Computer literate (software oriented)
Facilitation experience (almost essential) – if not, strong sales history essential
Must be able to work independently

Responsibilities:

Facilitate training programs and modules to clients (in-house or externally)
Will facilitate tough situations
Run workshops
Consult on sales
