    Skills and Experience:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor''s Degree or Diploma 
    • Minimum 2 years'' experience in training and development management is essential 
    • Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Solid track record in developing and executing successful training programs
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes 
    Key Accountabilities:

    1)    Need Analysis and Planning:

    a)    Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
    b)    Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
    c)    Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
    d)    Develop training manuals that target tangible results.


    2)    Implementation, Assessment and Evaluation

    a)    Implement effective and purposeful training.
    b)    Assess employeesâ?? skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
    c)    Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
    d)    Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.


    3)    Administration and Management

    a)    Effectively manage the training budget.
    b)    Select and manage resources including technologies, technical personnel, internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
    c)    Follow training trends, developments and best practices.
    d)    Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management team.
    e)    Report training outcomes on a regular basis
