My client coming from the manufacturing space is looking for a training officers to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Training employees on the company’s standard operating procedures.
Monitoring and facilitating knowledge acquisition
Reporting on the effectiveness of programmes
interventions in accomplishing the long-term skills developmental goals/ objectives of the organization
Training employees at all levels from unskilled to Senior Management.

Experience & Qualification:

Training employees at all levels experience
Matric
Tertiary qualification
