As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you'll take ownership of client engagements from strategy through to delivery, working with multinational businesses across a wide range of industries. You'll lead multi-country transfer pricing projects, oversee benchmarking studies and economic analyses, and provide commercially focused advice on complex cross-border transactions. Beyond technical delivery, you'll build trusted client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and help shape the future direction of the practice. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Project Leadership Lead transfer pricing engagements from planning through to delivery Manage multi-country documentation and advisory projects Oversee benchmarking studies and economic analyses Prepare responses to revenue authorities and regulatory bodies Provide strategic advice on cross-border transactions and international business structures Review reports and ensure the highest standard of technical quality before delivery Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants Provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture Support recruitment and talent development initiatives Promote technical excellence across the practice Business Development & Commercial Growth Build and strengthen long-term client relationships Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements Contribute to new business development and brand growth Manage project profitability and commercial performance Support initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth Job Experience and Skills Required Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Tax, or a related field Minimum 5 years' consulting experience Strong transfer pricing experience within a consulting environment Solid understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and the arm's length principle Experience leading client engagements and managing project delivery Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills Excellent report-writing and communication ability Proven experience mentoring and leading consulting teams Who We're Looking For Commercially minded with strong business acumen A natural leader who enjoys developing people Confident engaging with senior executives and multinational clients Curious, analytical, and solutions-driven Proactive and entrepreneurial in identifying opportunities Passionate about delivering exceptional client service Someone who thrives in a collaborative consulting environment This is an opportunity to lead complex international engagements, influence multinational business decisions, build a high-performing team, and become part of a firm known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to developing exceptional consultants.
