Company and Job Description: A specialist professional services organisation supporting businesses with complex financial and tax requirements is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its advisory team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong technical ability and client-facing confidence to build specialist expertise in Transfer Pricing. Candidates coming directly from Big 4 audit environments are encouraged to apply, making this an exciting opportunity to transition into a more advisory and commercially focused role. You'll work closely with clients to understand their businesses, assess intercompany transactions, and provide practical Transfer Pricing solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant tax principles. Key Responsibilities: Provide Transfer Pricing advisory services to a portfolio of clients Analyse intercompany transactions and apply the arm's length principle Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation and supporting analysis Perform benchmarking and financial analyses Research relevant tax legislation and international Transfer Pricing developments Engage directly with clients and build strong professional relationships Assist with Transfer Pricing planning, compliance, and advisory projects Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field Relevant Transfer Pricing or tax qualification advantageous Experience: Articles completed, with Big 4 audit experience preferred Candidates coming directly from audit are encouraged to apply Transfer Pricing experience essential Client-facing experience essential Exposure to international tax or corporate tax advantageous Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of the arm's length principle Transfer Pricing knowledge Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent report-writing and research abilities Strong client relationship and communication skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Commercial and advisory mindset Ability to interpret complex financial and tax information What's in it for you?
