is looking for a Transfers Conveyancing Secretary (3-4 months)

POSITION INFO:

They are seeking a skilled Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to join the team for a period of 3-4 months. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and be responsible for providing administrative support in the conveyancing department.

Prepare and draft legal documents related to property transfers
Assist in managing client files and documentation
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
Coordinate property transactions and facilitate settlements
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary with a focus on conveyancing. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
