SUMMARY:
A leading international home improvement & DIY retail business is looking for a Transformation Project Manager in the North of JHB to help drive one of its key strategic transformation journeys across South Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
â Turning strategy into clear execution roadmaps
â Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies across major initiatives
â Aligning stakeholders across multiple functions (without direct authority)
â Supporting executive governance and steering forums
â Helping teams translate transformation into day-to-day operational reality

Minimum Requirements
- Have strong retail / store / field experience
- Have led or supported transformation or complex project environments
- Are highly structured, organized, and comfortable managing ambiguity
- Can influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Enjoy working where strategy meets operations
