JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a National Labour Consultancy is looking to employ a Transformation Specialist for their branch in Johannesburg.

This person will run this department and will also have to provide the company's services to the greater part of Pretoria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The perfect candidate will have knowledge of all up-to-date Legislation regarding BBBEE matters and how to implement these processes within companies.

A huge bonus for you would be if you are a Registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF).

Duties:

Keeping up to date with changes and amendments to BBBEE legislation;
Advising clients regarding BBBEE compliance and spending;
Compiling BBBEE plans relating to BBBEE compliance;
Compiling BBBEE verification documentation for verification;
Calculating BBBEE scores;
Assisting clients during BBBEE verifications;
Attending Employment Equity submissions;
Employment Equity meetings with workplace committee;
Obtaining the necessary information from employers to submit EE reports;
Skills Development facilitation
