We’re Hiring: Trauma Sales Representative – Western Cape

Job Summary:
-Drive growth in your territory by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Build lasting relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and theatre staff.
-Support healthcare professionals in emergency and operating room environments.
-Educate and consult on product updates, innovations, and clinical solutions.
-Identify new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
Requirements:
*3+ years’ experience in Trauma/Orthopaedics (non-negotiable).
*Proven track record of sales success in a competitive environment.
*Strong relationship builder with excellent organizational skills.
*Resilient, driven, and confident in high-pressure operating room settings.
*Valid driver’s license (own transport preferred).
*Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call evenings and weekends.
