JOB DESCRIPTION:

The client with more than 40 years experience in incoming tourism from all over the world in the form of individual travellers, groups, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. They are well known in the industry for their creativity and high levels of service. In addition they arrange large Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Events Division which creates exciting programmes for larger numbers. They employ a number of highly specialised staff who, together with the creative team, are able to produce original and spectacular proposals for small, exclusive groups of 20 participants to large groups of up to 2000 participants. The clients leisure division specialises in unique, tailor-made travel programmes for the individual traveller. This could be a once-in-a-lifetime holiday, a romantic honeymoon, the ultimate family holiday or a special interest group tour. The expert team of seasoned travel consultants create world-class travel itineraries, tailor-made to meet the specific requirements of the traveller. From groups to individuals, they optimise travel plans to ensure they pack the “unforgettable” into your budget.

The Ideal candidate will have experience in preparing detailed programmes and itineraries for incentive / conference groups, finalizing the internal costing analysis sheet, liaising with the client, or DMC, booking and confirming all the required services and controlling, as part of a team, the operation of the actual programme.

creativity, relationship-building with the client and a healthy regard for profit margins and upselling is essential.

Being able to meet extremely tight deadlines in the bidding stage. Travel will be involved.

Candidate must be multi skilled being able to work in incentive / conferencing.

Handing overseas clients who use the company as their incoming operator you must be able to analyse their current programme and propose improve or more creative programmes.
