SUMMARY:
Travel Reservations consultant

POSITION INFO:

A luxury lodge & hotel group requires an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a reservations department for multiple
properties.

Must be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation
elements of the business
• Respond to queries and assist customers by telephone and
email
• Perform duties assigned by the reservations manager
Requirements:
• Proven experience in reservations
• Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be
advantageous.
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized with good time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Works well and accurately under pressure
Skills required
Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills/eRES / Nebula, Opera, Apex

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call centre or
reservations department for multiple properties
Must have a good command of the English language with good
writing skills.
Solid interpersonal skills
Valid RSA ID
