Treasury Analyst

SUMMARY:
A leading organization within the Automotive industry is seeking to employ a qualified Chartered Accountant to serve as Treasury Analyst for a 3-month fixed term contract.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements: 

• CA (SA)
• Hyperion system experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist Treasury Manager & Treasurer to monitor and review daily SA cash management transactions working in conjunction with Treasury One (outsourced Treasury provider) team
• Analyse daily variance on cash management and monitor cash flows inputted onto IT2
• Assist SA divisions with daily cash requests where required
• Assist with funding requests from International operations
• Collate and prepare weekly FX reports for the Group
• Prepare monthly Group SA interest rate calculation and oversee test runs are completed timeously
• Maintain monthly Group facility schedules
• Maintain Group guarantee register
• Update and maintain monthly interest rate calculations for International operations
• Collate and prepare monthly Group cash flow forecasts
• Assist divisions with bank related requests and queries
• Constant interaction with transactional bank relationship managers
  Other
•  Assist with preparation and distribution of Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO) pack
• Maintain register of bank account listing per bank
• Responsible for housekeeping of banking profiles as administrator
• Responsible for housekeeping of Treasury One management system
• Maintain and file all bank related documents
• Assist banks with KYC requirements
• Prepare and maintain statutory documents required for banking transactions
• Provide guidance and training to divisions for completion of cash flow forecast onto IT2
•  Assist on various ad hoc projects, e.g. Robotic Process Automation
