Treasury Analyst

SUMMARY:
Are you an immediately available qualified Chartered Accountant looking to take up a temporary role as a Treasury Accountant? Our client within the motor industry, based in Johannesburg North, has a 3 month fixed term contract waiting for you.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant

Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years post articles experience

Key Aspects:

• Assist and support Group Treasurer and Treasury Manager with daily cash management, funding requests, treasury projects and other ad hoc tasks in the treasury department
• Maintain monthly Group facility schedules
• Maintain Group guarantee register
• Update and maintain monthly interest rate calculations for International operations
• Collate and prepare monthly Group cash flow forecasts
• Assist divisions with bank related requests and queries
• Constant interaction with transactional bank relationship managers
• Assist with preparation and distribution of Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO) pack
• Maintain register of bank account listing per bank
• Responsible for housekeeping of banking profiles as administrator
• Responsible for housekeeping of Treasury One management system
• Maintain and file all bank related documents
• Assist banks with KYC requirements
• Prepare and maintain statutory documents required for banking transactions
