As a Treasury Risk Senior Manager , you will lead complex engagements across treasury and financial risk, partnering with clients to strengthen governance frameworks, optimise balance sheets, and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of treasury and financial risk management projects from strategy through to execution Advise clients on treasury governance, liquidity risk, funding risk, cash management, and operational risk frameworks Support complex initiatives, including ALM, FTP, hedging strategies, capital management, and financial performance optimisation Drive the review, implementation, and enhancement of treasury systems and processes Manage and influence senior stakeholders across business and regulatory environments Contribute to business development, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives Lead and mentor teams, contributing to capability growth within the practice Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Honours in Finance\/Commerce, CA(SA), CFA, or equivalent qualification Experience: Minimum 7+ years' experience in treasury risk, market risk, or financial risk management Experience within consulting, banking, insurance, asset management, or Financial Services Proven track record in leading projects and managing senior stakeholders Skills: Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, funding planning, and balance sheet management Solid understanding of macroeconomic trends and regulatory frameworks impacting financial institutions Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Non-Negotiables: Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment Strong commercial mindset and exposure to business development Experience delivering complex, high-impact financial risk solutions Apply now!
