POSITION INFO:
A Leading SD-WAN and UC solutions supplier is seeking a strong-willed and dedicated UC Engineer to join their team. 

Job Summary:

- UC network architecture design, deployment planning

- UC product configuration and support

- TEAMS SBC-as-a-Service platform growth and support

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Mainly office based support to resellers

- Set-up and configuration of UC products, management and monitoring platforms

- Pre-sales support to internal team

- On-site support and installation from time-to-time, needs to have own reliable transport

Qualification and Skills:   

- Microsoft Office, TeamViewer/Anydesk capable

- Experience with SBC platforms required. Needs to have a solid understanding of SIP protocol and standards.

- Experience with Wireshark traces analysis and fault finding.

- Attention-to-detail, energetic, reliable, self-driven person

- Must be able to work in a small team where individual performances clearly stands-out
