POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales and gross profit targets. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales of Used cars. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Meet sales targets, performance goals. Lead, Motivate and develop staff. Work closely with F&I to maximise finance and value – added product sales. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service. Present mobility solutions to meet customer needs. Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements ·   Matric \/ Grade 12 ·   Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field. ·   5+ years’ sales experience, preferably in Used Vehicle Sales. ·   Proven track record of achieving sales, gross profit and profitability targets. ·   Proficiency in finding new stock and accurately evaluation of used cars. ·   Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills. ·   Computer literate, apply policies & procedures and has business acumen. ·   Valid South African Driver's Licence ·   Clear criminal record   What we offer: Market-related salary.
