POSITION INFO:

Underground Project Manager – Zimbabwe

Based in Zimbabwe. Must have a BSc. Degree in Mining / Chemical Engineering or Project Management Professional. Minimum of 6 years industrial experience in drill and blast/mining /construction or related sector. Experience in being a Company’s principal officer at the client site, ensuring excellent customer service delivery at all times at profit and compliance with client standards, policies and procedures. Lead, motivate and manage the team and resources on site for service delivery. Define and train the personnel that constitute your team. Lead safety to maintain operational and technical compliance amongst team and ensure all safety KPIs are met throughout the contract duration. Safety dialogues, Facility inspections, Task observation, HSEQS hazards and risks, Vision and Values, Conflict management, Strategic Management Skills, Budget Management, Financial Management (P&L).
