POSITION INFO:

A key opportunity exists for a skilled Underwriting Lead to oversee underwriting, reinsurance, policy administration, and portfolio management of non-life insurance in a specialised agricultural finance environment. Candidates should hold an Honours BCom in Accounting, Finance, Insurance or similar, with 9 years'' experience in life and/or short-term insurance underwriting and operating systems. With expertise in underwriting, reinsurance, and policy management, you will lead teams, drive product innovation, and ensure compliance to support financial growth.
