JOB SUMMARY:
Create, maintain and ensure a safe, caring and homely environment for the elderly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key result areas, but not limited to:

Ensure a productive work force
Manage the Unit Cost effectively
Compliance with statutory and organisation standards
Revenue and marketing
Service excellence
Ensure and manage resident’s quality of care
Hospitality management
Deliver customer centricity and service excellence

Broad understanding of assisted living environment
Experience in interpreting and managing a budget
Superior communicator in verbal and written skills

Managing various levels of staff

Requirements:

Driver’s license
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
2 years management experience in Health Care or Hospitality industry
Exposure to Gerontology advantageous
Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
