SUMMARY:
A vacancy for a Unit Manager has become available at a private hospital in the south of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the General adult ICU unit, including mentoring, training and professional development of the staff within these units.
To be considered for this position, the following work experience is required:

3- 5 yrs nursing experience in adult ICU
Previous management experience essential
min of 2 years private hospital experience
Financial aptitude and ability to interpret financial data

Education & skills requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Nursing Science and SANC 2021 registered
Post basic qualification in Critical Care required
Management qualification would be advantage
Good leadership and communication skills

Resilience
Willing to work flexi hours if/when required
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office suite
