Job & Company Description:
A reputable company within the mining and materials handling industry is seeking a strong operational and commercial leader to manage its Crushing Business Unit. The role is responsible for driving profitability, overseeing operations, managing teams, and expanding the department’s market presence while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Education:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business Management, or similar (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a crushing, mining, or heavy equipment environment
Proven experience managing a business unit or department
Strong operational, financial, and commercial management skills
Sound knowledge of crushing plants, equipment, and production processes
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Strong leadership and people management capability
Ability to develop new business and maintain key client relationships
Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality standards
