SUMMARY:
Our client in the Beverage industry has an EE opportunity available for an Unit Manager - Manufacturing in the East Lake, PE area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

BSc (Mechanical or Electrical)
3yrs manufacturing or production line management experience
Knowledge of SHE policies and procedures
Knowledge of world class manufacturing practises and principles

KPAs:

Develop, communicate and implement business plan
Formulate and control expense and capital budgets
Develop and support systemic problem solving systems
Implement, monitor and control business systems
Production objectives and internal customers needs met
People management: recruitment, training and continuous improvement
Quality and cost control
