SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for an experienced Medical Ward Unit Manager for their hospital based in the Bellville area

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Current registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
A minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
A post graduate qualification will be advantageous
Experience in a shift leader / acting position will be advantageous
Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
Excellent Leadership qualities and mentoring skills
Accurate record keeping and the management of stock
Commitment to initiate and implement continuous improvement projects
Excellent MS Office computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Knowledge of the Kronos System
