REQUIREMENTS

• Post-Graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing or Trauma Diploma
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council 
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accident and Emergency unit is required
• Proven leadership and people management skills would be most advantageous for this role
• Basic understanding of Labour Legislation, financial and chain management principles
• Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
• Computer proficiency required (MS Office)
• Driver’s license and reliable transport
