SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to join a leading franchised dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful sales teams, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Oversee vehicle valuations, stock management, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure repeat and referral business.
Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a franchised dealership.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Sound business acumen and analytical ability.
