SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic and driven sales leader with a proven track record in the pre-owned vehicle market? We are seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a team in Burgersfort, Limpopo Province, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement strategies to grow pre-owned vehicle sales and profitability
Manage stock levels, pricing, and advertising to ensure optimal turnover and margins
Oversee trade-ins, vehicle valuations, and reconditioning processes
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high CSI scores
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions where needed
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pre-Owned or Used Vehicle Sales Manager (essential)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good understanding of pre-owned vehicle pricing, reconditioning, and stock control
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Target-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record
