Used Vehicle Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven sales leader with a proven track record in the pre-owned vehicle market? We are seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a team in Burgersfort, Limpopo Province, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement strategies to grow pre-owned vehicle sales and profitability
• Manage stock levels, pricing, and advertising to ensure optimal turnover and margins
• Oversee trade-ins, vehicle valuations, and reconditioning processes
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high CSI scores
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions where needed
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience

• Proven experience as a Pre-Owned or Used Vehicle Sales Manager (essential)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of pre-owned vehicle pricing, reconditioning, and stock control
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record
