Overview of role: A vacancy has arisen due to the establishment of Hey Halfway KZN (Assagay) for a
Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager to help establish and manage the ongoing operations
of this new facility
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Dealer Principal, key tasks will include: leading the sales team, vehicle
valuation; sourcing of used vehicles; control of vehicle stock; marketing of vehicles;
monitoring key financial indicators, and attaining budgeted targets.
Qualification: Applicants must have a Grade 12 and a relevant marketing qualification or training in a
related field.
Experience: Candidates must have at least five years vehicle sales experience of which at least two
years needs to be at managerial level. In particular we seek applicants who have a
proven track record of averaging between 40-50 Pre-owned units a month. Candidates
should have good computer and leadership skills.
Personal characteristics: Successful candidates must be extravert, outgoing, independent, good communication
skills in all aspects.
Applicants must be energetic, innovative and prepared to work extended hours
