VIP Retention Specialist

A leading land based operator is expanding portfolios and they have exciting opportunities in their brand new iGaming venture. They have an amazing new job opportunity for a VIP Retention Specialist to join their team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for the creation and planning of all retention-based marketing for the High-Value segments, monitoring, and analysis of campaigns. You will help deliver maximum return on investment by delivering purposeful campaigns.

Your key job responsibilities as the VIP Retention Specialist in Johannesburg will include:

• Be responsible for both individual Campaign creation and the retention marketing plans for VIP Segments
• Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from idea generation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation – on budget & on time
• Scaling the campaign plan to fit VIP segments
• Leading a small team of VIP Campaign Executives

Requirements for this VIP Retention Specialist job in Johannesburg:

• At least 3 years of experience working within online gaming
• Experience in leading a team
• High organisational skills. You are used to running projects and to coordinate and deliver on time
• A keen eye for detail and an analytical mind
• Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Knowledgeable about marketing channels
• Fluent in English
