Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Leading project team in the delivery of client’s requirements from inception to completion
- Coordinating and managing all project activities and ensuring projects deliverables are achieved to plan
- Responsible for costing and planning projects
- Review and approve all project documentation
- Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including material purchases, use of internal & external resources
- Leading, monitoring and managing a team in all aspects of planning and resourcing
- Monitoring actual expenditure figures against budgets
- Providing engineering input to resolve issues
- Ensure that Health & Safety standards are met & maintained
- Coordinating work for and providing direction to staff to c0mplete their deliverables
- Quality Control procedures
Qualifications
- BTech / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Skills
- Willing to travel (project bound).
- Registration with SACPCMP and advantage
- Experience in 400kV Substation design and / or construction is essential
