VJ 51912 - Quality Manager (Structural Steel) – Gauteng

You will be responsible for the following:

• Subcontractor audits
• New supplier audits
• Conduct quality risk assessment
• Conduct management review
• Implementation and maintenance of the HSQ management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
• Coordinating the quality team so as to integrate seamlessly with other departments
• Welding – All master measuring equipment is calibrated annually and all calibration registers are regularly updated and maintained
• Ensure all Project Quality Assurance systems are in place before the start of the project
• Conduct tender reviews in conjunction with the estimator to ensure that all client quality requirements are taken into account at tender stage
• Labour Budgets & Project costs
• Conduct tender reviews
• Continuous improvement
