POSITION INFO:

Property Manager: EE Role

The purpose of this job is to effectively manage portfolios in the Gauteng region

Includes Leasing, Tenant Management, budgets, Maintenance and Capital expenditure, Reporting, Legal and Utility Management.

R650K - R680K

Matric with BSc or Honours in Property Studies or B.Com
A professional Designated Exam (EAAB) will be advantageous
FCC Certificate essential

Portfolio Managers

To manage a building / cluster of buildings by optimising the building''''s income stream by establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, manage and control personnel, service contractors, repairs, revamps, tenant installations, inspections and general building administration. To contribute towards the development and training of staff within the company.

Retail Property experience essential

Experience / Education:
At least 5 years experience in the property / centre management industry. Minimum qualification Grade 12. A Business (marketing) or a
property related tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
