Our client, KBY Boerdery, an established Agricultural Company in the Koue Bokkeveld, has an opportunity available for an experienced Vegetable Production Manager, on their Farm Uitsig.

Key Performance Areas:

Cultivation & production of Potatoes & Onions.
People Management (Management of Employees for optimal motivation & productivity)
Financial Management within budget.
Quality Management
Administration

Requirements:

Suitable tertiary qualification
At least 5 to 8 years experience in the cultivation and production of vegetables
Special knowledge in terms of fertilization and irrigation
Analytical abalities, motivated and initiative will strenghten the candidates application
Knowledge of GlobalGap, SIZA, MB4000 and the cultivation of Potatoes, Onions & Fruit wil strenghten the candidates application
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication- and people skills
