SUMMARY:
A reputable automotive dealership in Knysna is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets in a competitive retail environment.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Generate new vehicle sales through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Engage with walk-in customers and convert leads into sales
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
Structure deals, including pricing, trade-ins, and finance options
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Ensure compliance with dealership processes and OEM standards

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Proven experience in vehicle sales (new or used vehicles preferred)
Strong sales track record with target-driven performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends and extended hours
Sales and closing ability
Negotiation and persuasion
