• Vehicle Sales Executive experience with 2-3 years

• Automotive Industry experience

• Excellent motorcycle industry knowledge, customer service, and selling skills

• Good sales track record and references

• Greeting and assisting buyers

• Answering questions about new and vintage bikes

• Providing guidance on what motorcycles will best fit the customers profile

• Coordinating test drives for prospective shoppers

• Meeting monthly sales expectations

• Maintaining cleanliness of the store

• Building strong relationships with clientele

• Directing customers to appropriate departments as needed (e.g., finance, etc.)

• Learning about and mastering the technology of new inventory

• Negotiating prices and promoting dealership upgrades and packages

• Closing deals with customers.
