SUMMARY:
An experienced Welding Co-ordinator is required to oversee and monitor production within an industrial manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for ensuring products are manufactured correctly, cost-effectively, and delivered on time while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Matric
SAIW or IIW Level 1 Welding Inspector Diploma (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a manufacturing or welding production environment
Strong understanding of ISO 3834 and welding quality standards
Experience in production control, throughput planning, and process optimisation
Ability to monitor and maintain plant, equipment, and manufacturing processes
Experience handling non-conformance, corrective actions, and quality documentation
Ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth production flow
Experience in staff supervision, performance monitoring, and basic disciplinary processes
Sound understanding of health and safety compliance in a production environment
