JOB DESCRIPTION:

Freedom won has an opportunity for a Warehouse administrator to oversee the management of stock within an organization. This includes receiving, issuing, and dispatching stock, and handling communication between Internal departments and warehouse Stores. Warehouse administrators are responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock.

Responsibilities

Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted
Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments
Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures
General administrative tasks as required
Performs housekeeping as assigned.
Assist in annual warehouse inventory
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma/Equivalent
Must have SAP experience
Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven team player
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
