Education:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations Management

• 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage and lead warehouse staff to meet operational targets
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Syspro, Oracle, etc.)
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in high-volume environments (FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution)
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
