Warehouse Maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

As part of a small team, the incumbent will oversee all of the day-to-day events in the warehouse from basic production line machinery maintenance through to stock control, stock takes and reporting. There is scope for growth in the position but initially the role will require oversight of a team of two. A candidate from a dairy or beverage packaging facility would be a good fit.

Requirements:

Matric
A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
Experience in either plumbing or electrical maintenance with good general maintenance skills
A background in a warehouse environment or beverage production facility with similar responsibilities.
Good administrative skills and confident working with basic Excel
A flexible and hands-on approach and able to jump into assist wherever necessary in the business
Reliable, honest and of sober habits
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Sound numerical literacy.
