JOB SUMMARY:
Our very well established client is looking to employ a Manager to join their operations team in their warehouse in Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing the inbound side of the DC, being responsible for all the relevant
Administration, managing the inbound staff members, manage stock and stock accuracy, Measure and manage staff through formal staff appraisals, development, coaching and disciplinary, SHEQ, IR, etc

Desired Experience & Qualification

Tertiary qualification / Diploma preferred in Logistics/Operations Management/ Supply Chain
Management / Engineering or Business/Commerce Preferred
3 - 5 years field experience in operations
Experience in the management of stock
Strong People management
Full understanding of a WMS, application, troubleshooting, and reporting dashboards
Minimum 3 years’ experience in management role in operations
