SUMMARY:
A dynamic company in the electrical distribution sector is seeking a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Supervisor for its warehouse facility in Randburg North. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong warehouse operations experience and a keen understanding of the electrical or technical supply chain environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are monitored and controlled.
Lead a small team of Warehouse Assistants, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate deliveries and work closely with procurement and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Implement warehouse best practices to drive efficiency and reduce the risk of stock losses or damage.
Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Oversee stocktakes, audits, and inventory reporting.

Requirements:

National Diploma or higher in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
Experience in the electrical supply or technical industry is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
