SUMMARY:
A leading company in the engineering, mining, electrical, and construction sectors is looking to appoint a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Supervisor at their Benoni facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision, with experience working on Syspro.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and the dispatch of stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management.
Supervise warehouse staff and enforce compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Monitor and manage stock movement, reporting discrepancies and coordinating regular stock takes.
Operate or supervise the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Utilize Syspro for tracking inventory, managing orders, and generating reports.
Ensure that goods are handled and stored in line with industry and company standards.
Support continuous improvement in warehouse workflows and space optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
Experience in engineering, mining, electrical, or construction industries is strongly preferred.
Proven experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of stock control, warehouse operations, and health and safety regulations.
Forklift license preferred.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
