Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels through effective monitoring and control.
• Lead and mentor a small team of warehouse assistants, driving productivity while upholding safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Apply warehouse best practices to improve efficiency and reduce stock losses or damages.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations, and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and audits, and prepare accurate inventory reports.

• National Diploma or higher in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership role.
• Background in the electrical supply or technical distribution industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Competency in MS Office and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
